Author’s Information
Representative director of the Japan Nutrition Balance Diet Association. After graduating from university, she worked as an international flight attendant for three years, then left the company when she gave birth. At the age of 48, she successfully lost 10 kg in six months. Using this experience, she started the "Model Body Diet School®" in 2010, with absolutely no connections, qualifications, or business experience. In 2013, she enrolled in the Junior College of Women's Nutrition University and obtained a nutritionist qualification in order to evolve the diet into the safest and most effective diet in Japan. In 2015, she founded the Japan Nutrition Balance Diet Association. Of the more than 1,000 students from their teens to their 60s who were struggling with dieting, more than 90% have been successful in "eating and losing weight without exercising." Since they lose weight and become healthy just by eating, they are often thanked as "lifesavers." She also puts effort into training instructors for the diet, and students come from not only Japan but also overseas. So far, she has trained nearly 100 instructors.
