Stimulating for babies, healing for adults. Let's play now at 0 years old! A baby's smile is the best mental nourishment for mothers and fathers. For babies, playing time with mothers and fathers is the best brain nourishment. However, 0-year-old babies are not very responsive and cannot move their bodies much yet. Supervisor: Toshiyuki Shiomi, Professor Emeritus at the University of Tokyo and former President of Hakubai Gakuen University. Born in Osaka in 1947. Graduated from the Faculty of Education at the University of Tokyo and completed a doctoral course at the same university's graduate school. After working as a professor at the Graduate School of Education at the University of Tokyo, he was President of Hakubai Gakuen University until March 2018. He specializes in education and childcare. He is the editor-in-chief of the childcare magazine "Educare". / Illustrations: Eiko Kurio, Illustrator. His main works include "You're Always Unexpected - Children's Picture Diary" (KADOKAWA), "Baby's Guidance" (Shufunotomosha), and many other books for which he has been responsible for illustrations.
