Abstract
Despite the fact that rubella is an infectious disease that can be prevented by vaccination, why have rubella cases continued to occur in Japan in the 21st century? The young man, undeterred by his poor eyesight, continued to read medical papers for a year and a half. What he saw was a Japan that was "ridiculed" by other countries because of rubella cases due to insufficient measures, and the existence of "children" who were erased from the memory of everyone, including those who feared rubella infection, and who were not even recorded... I want to make Japan a country where no one has to suffer from rubella! This is the debut work of a "miracle" written by a freelance writer with a visual impairment with that single-minded desire! Now that COVID-19 has become a Class 5 infectious disease, this is a book that "everyone is involved in" and that many people should read!
