Author’s Information
Born in Nagano Prefecture. Picture book author. Graduated from Tama Art University. Made her picture book debut with "The Dandelion Boat" (Shinpusha). Major works include "The Midnight Toilet" and "Staying Alone" (both published by Fukuinkan Shoten), and "At Home on a Snowy Day" (Gakken Plus). Illustrated works include "My Shoes" (text by Shibata Aiko/Poplar Publishing), "The Ballerina in Candy Land" (text by Inukai Yumie/Kyouiku Gageki), and "The Bird's Department Store" (text by Karita Sumiko/Sekai Bunka Publishing).
