Author’s Information
Born in Tokyo in 1947. A researcher and collector of three genres: 20th century Murano glass, Venetian beads, and costume jewelry. He began collecting while employed at his previous employer, Air France, and has been a collector for about 40 years. He currently runs a shop and brand called chisa in Kita-sando, Tokyo. His books include "Bessatsu Taiyo Venetian Beads" (2001, Heibonsha), and he has appeared on television programs such as NHK's "Bi no Tsubo."
