Equity analyst and certified member of the Japan Securities Analysts Association. After graduating from Chiba University, he joined Daiwa Securities and was assigned to the stock trading department, where he was involved in stock trading.
After going independent in 2000, he developed a "cyclical stock investment method" that approaches the market from the perspective of business cycles as an independent stock analyst. He is well known for his easy-to-understand explanations of the economy, business climate, and stock market trends. He is also active in various media and lectures, including BS12 TwellV's "Market Analyze plus+" and Radio Nikkei's "Market Analyze Monday." His books include "Earn money steadily with stocks: A recommendation for medium-term investment," "You can do this! How to choose promising stocks" (Nihon Keizai Shimbun Publishing), and "Business cycle investment method" (Pan Rolling).
