Kushima lives his daily life as a ‘precise modern man without blood or tears’ who handles information and desires with ease.
However, Nozomi, with whom he exchanged letters when they were students, is the only love of his life that has not left his heart.
Although Nozomi always called out ‘beloved’ at the beginning of each letter, she always wished that he would ‘forget me’ and tried to disappear from Kushima's life many times.
Now, in order to fulfil this wish, Kushima begins to write a text just for himself - and he is not alone.
