Abstract

Representative Director of Shina Corporation. Graduated from the School of Commerce at Waseda University. Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston College in the US. Worked for Mitsubishi Electric and several foreign strategic consulting companies before assuming his current position. He was a professor at Waseda Business School from 2006 to 2016. He currently works as an independent consultant. He serves as an outside director and management advisor for many companies, and is also involved in corporate training to develop next-generation leaders.
