(Author/Recipe Developer) Hoshi Honami, Registered Dietitian at St. Luke's International Hospital. After graduating from the dietitian training course in March 2017, she joined the Nutrition Department at Ota Nishinouchi Hospital, an affiliate of Ota General Hospital General Incorporated Foundation. She will be working in the Nutrition Department at St. Luke's International Hospital from December 2021. A registered dietitian specializing in pathological nutrition. / (Supervisor) Nagahama Masahiko, Chief of Nephrology at St. Luke's International Hospital. Graduated from Nippon Medical School in 1999. After training at St. Luke's International Hospital, he traveled to the US to further his studies in the Department of Internal Medicine at Pennsylvania Hospital and the Department of Nephrology and Transplantation at Virginia State University. He has extensive experience in clinical practice in both Japan and the US. In addition to being a specialist in the Japanese Society of Internal Medicine, the Japanese Society of Nephrology, the Japanese Society for Dialysis Therapy, and the Japanese Society of Clinical Kidney Transplantation, he also holds a medical license in the United States and is the only Japanese person to hold specialist qualifications in the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Nephrology, and the American Transplant Society. He is a member of the Japanese Society of Nephrology's CKD treatment guidelines creation committee.
