Abstract

Yoko Wakayama's long-awaited chocolate book has been redesigned. This book introduces 40 recipes, from easy three-ingredient recipes to classic chocolate sweets, small sweets perfect as gifts, and desserts to enjoy at home. *This book is a new edition of "Cute Chocolate Sweets Made from a Single Chocolate Bar," published in 2012. New photos have been added to the content, and the book's size, structure, and design have been completely revamped to make all the recipes easier to make.

Author’s Information

After graduating from the Department of French at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, she studied abroad at Le Cordon Bleu and Ecole Ferrandi in Paris. After obtaining French national qualifications (CAP) as a pastry chef and chocolatier, she gained experience in pastries and restaurants before returning to Japan. She is currently active in cooking magazines, books, and on TV, and also runs an online cooking class. Her recent publications include "This is All You Need for Homemade Bread" (KADOKAWA) and "One-Bowl Sweets Made with Melted Butter" (Shufunotomosha), among many others.
