Abstract
ACT is a new psychotherapy that's garnering attention from the World Health Organization (WHO) and around the world. It's easy to do with ACT's self-help mental exercises. It helps you break free from the cycle of thinking, where you suddenly find yourself thinking the same thing over and over again. Effectively distance yourself from past failures, the anger, sadness, anxiety, and stress that well up within you, and take a step toward what you truly want to do and the values you strive for! ACT is a scientifically-backed psychotherapy that isn't taught in school, but it's sure to be useful in your life! Give these mindful exercises a try and make your mind more flexible!
