Abstract

In this era of 100-year life spans, 60 is the halfway point of life and it is time to "change gears" in terms of health. It is time to start improving your health by "preventing frailty." If you are healthy, you will be healthy and able to do what you like 10 or 20 years from now. To get a healthy body that allows you to do what you want, it is important to first adjust your lifestyle. For people over 60, for example, are "simple food is best when you get older" and "walking more than 10,000 steps a day" OK habits? Or not? This book updates old health common sense, turns bad habits that we tend to do into OK habits, and explains in an easy-to-understand manner how to improve and optimal lifestyle habits so that we can extend our healthy lifespan.
