Abstract
We have many worries, such as worries and anxieties about relationships, work and money, family, our health and the future. Some worries have no answers, but before we know it, we are always thinking about them, and our minds are full. Also, since "worries" come one after another, it feels like they will never go away. "Indian philosophy" does not confront such worries one by one, but cleans them up from the root. When you hear this, many people will have doubts such as "Indian ascetic?" and "What kind of philosophy is that?" To put it very simply, Indian philosophy is "philosophy that analyzes the mind". Worries, anxieties, and suffering all come from our own "mind". The "mind" is like an important tool for knowing the world, but that important thing does not go the way we want it to. Also, you can be your own best friend, but on the other hand, you can also become your own greatest enemy. This book is an introduction to the Indian philosophy of "analyzing the mind" that will help you understand the true nature of your "mind" and "yourself," and how to eliminate your worries and live a peaceful life. This book contains messages for those who are looking for hints for themselves, such as wisdom from the wide world, unexpected words, and "10 teachings" that can be used in daily life.
