Abstract
If you face time, you will be able to see a second life that suits you! In this era of 100-year life spans, 50 years old is the halfway point of life. Starting to think about your second life and retirement in your 50s will lead to a better life in your 60s, 70s, and beyond. In this book, a psychiatrist will teach you how to think and live a successful second half of your life, with a focus on "time."
