Abstract

Away from the bustling town, there is a place along the national highway known as the “National Road Restaurant.” It’s more of a public diner than a drive-in, which is why it’s called that.

Moreover, inside the restaurant, there is a ring. Yes, the kind used in professional wrestling. The reason is that the owner is a former professional wrestler.

The food at this restaurant is all delicious. Because of this, customers come not only from nearby but also from far away. Among them are some customers with a bit of a story…

The author, known for popular series such as “Tokyo Bandwagon,” “Hanasaki Koji,” and “My Dear Policeman,” depicts various dramas of people gathering at this countryside restaurant in this heartwarming work.
