Author’s Information

Founder of Herbal Ayurveda Academy Born in 1973. She was drawn to yoga while trying various bodywork methods to alleviate postpartum discomfort. While working as an instructor and studying Indian philosophy at graduate school, she encountered the wisdom of Ayurveda, which practices a way of life in harmony with nature. In 2010, she acquired therapy techniques in South India and has since traveled to India several times. The following year, she opened a yoga studio and Ayurveda salon. Currently, as the representative of Herbal Ayurveda Academy, she is involved in Ayurveda courses and therapist training, as well as conveying the appeal of Ayurveda, which is closely related to everyday life, through practical programs such as "Classic Tsukuru."
