Abstract

This is an introductory book on making delicious soups that make the most of the flavor of the ingredients without using instant soup bases or the hassle of making stock. By using a minimum of seasonings such as salt and soy sauce and sealing in the "flavor" that the ingredients originally have or that is created during the cooking process, you can create a delicious and healthy soup that will seep into your body and your soul. The recipes of cooking researcher Maho Sumida are simple, easy, and delicious, and have gained many fans. Cooking in your daily life is enough as long as it suits your lifestyle. It is hard to prepare a meal by making several side dishes, but if you can make just one bowl of soup a day, that's fine. (From the introduction) You will be surprised at how easy it is to make delicious soup without much effort. Have a bowl of soup that will seep into your heart!
