Abstract
Sushi; Children love it. As for the conveyor belt sushi going in families, it is fun on a dish the material next style to see, even if of course eat, the smile of the child does not die out when is delicious.
But there may not be many children who can imagine the figure of the fish from sushi.
This picture book is the illustrated book picture book that it is revealed whether you do it by an illustration to push how from the place to handle a fish.
As a cuttlefish and squid arms, the salmon can do various sushi as for the red meat, the Chutoro, the Otoro, the cuttlefish as for the tuna by salmon, salmon roe,etc, the part of the fish, I introduce about the characteristic of the fish.
I can enjoy the list of sushi as the illustrated book which there is.
One to be alone, and to be able to enjoy even if I read it in parent and child whom it becomes more pleasant for to go to a sushi bar.

Meeting's director, the representative of the fish, fish production's representative director, Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology part-time teacher. He deals with the contents supervision of the hometown tax and the fishery supervision of the drama "first penguin!" while I comment on the fish as the meal clearly.
