Abstract
In today's world of massive information overflow, many people want to “get the necessary information into their heads as quickly and effectively as possible.
However, there are also many people who quickly forget what they have learned, or who have not been able to put it into practice even though they have learned it.
For those people, the principal of Stanford University's online school will introduce an effective input method based on brain science and psychology.
There is a lot of information about input, but some of it has no scientific basis.
This book carefully selects and explains methods backed by the latest brain science and psychology that are particularly effective and can be put into practice right away.
