After studying in the U.S., he worked for a foreign human resource service company before joining Coach-A Inc. In 2009, he established Trust Coaching. While working for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and a major company in charge of human resource development, he has trained a total of approximately 5,000 certified coaches in Japan and abroad with the mission of “creating a culture where everyone learns communication. He is also involved in early childhood education by introducing a communication program that incorporates coaching, and is active in communicating the importance of communication through lectures on topics such as “bullying” and “loneliness,” under the auspices of boards of education nationwide.
