Born in 1987 in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. Graduated from Kobe University, Yamaguchi works as a physician while also writing novels. She made her debut in 2024 with WE WERE BORN which won the 34th Ayukawa Tetsuya Award for new mystery writers.
