STEM Academy Kids
Programming school for kids opened in 2018 in Tokyo, Kanagawa and Saitama. As of 2021, it now includes 17 schools. With a curriculum that allows to cultivate "the ability to create and shape your own ideas" and "successful experiences through production and contests", it provides lessons that emphasize "process = thinking ability" rather than "results" regarding “tasks without a correct answer", and is highly evaluated by many parents. It is also focusing on the field of nursing, providing programming learning support at nursing facilities in Tokyo.

After graduating from university, and working for an IT company, he worked independently as a video producer and WEB designer. In 2018, he co-founded "Stem Academy Kids", a programming school for kids. He created teaching materials to develop "IT application skills” and his own "Nishijima-style programming puzzle" to train programming and math skills. It will be used as school teaching material to learn concepts such as operators, variables, “if statements”, and arrays through puzzles.
