How to earn money and work as one's own person without depending on a company?

Masatoshi Someya
Born in 1975, Masatoshi Someya is the President of MASH Inc. After 12 years as a company employee, he started various side businesses and became independent in 2009 as an expert in Internet customer attraction and monetization.
Currently, in addition to managing blog media, he is a portfolio worker who works on multiple tasks, including community management, writing and producing books, advising companies and local governments, and giving lectures.
He has been published in CBC TV, Yomiuri Shimbun, The 21, PR Conference, Weekly SPA, and other media.
