Dear 42-54 year olds, Why don't you work long, happily, and safely?
In Japan, where people live for 100 years and the population is aging rapidly, it will become the norm for people to continue working after the age of 60. Will you be able to continue working at your current company after the age of 65 or 70? Based on this question, this book proposes “middle-aged entrepreneurship,” which is to create a company between the ages of 42 and 54, when the combination of physical strength and intellectual power (experience) is at its peak. While entrepreneurship is associated with risk and motivation as essential, middle-aged entrepreneurship aims to create a low-risk and competitive micro-enterprise. Shigeru Takeda
Born in 1960. Born in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture. After producing major business media such as “Nikkei Business Online” and various experimental media, he established Style Inc. in 2004. He has been working on the development and production of various Internet businesses for the company. Ltd. in 2004. He launches and manages web media focusing mainly on the B2B field at a pace of about one per year. He was a part-time lecturer at the Graduate School of International Information and Communication Studies, Waseda University (1997-2003), and edited and published “Introduction to Net Community Business” (Nikkei Business Publications, Inc., 2003). He also organizes the “42/54” project, which disseminates information on entrepreneurship techniques for those who do not want to start their own businesses.
