Abstract
Vigor Comes First! A must-read book for working people to review their bodies.
Life is 100 years old, retirement age is 85 years old. What is needed is not business skills or qualifications, but a body that can work vigorously. The basic premise of a healthy working body is not to be bedridden, but to be able to walk and sit on a chair without any inconvenience. For those who are working hard, those who are in poor physical condition, and those who suffer from back pain and stiff shoulders, why don't you review “standing,” “walking,” and “sitting” for yourself and your family in the future? The author is Ms. Sumiko Kajiyama, who once lost her working body in an accident. She brings to business people the know-how she acquired from physical therapists and acupuncturists as she regained her working body.
