Abstract
Shifting the Way We Work to Survive 10 Years from Now!
This is a book on the theme of “changing the way each individual works” symbolized by remote work.
It incorporates the perspectives of both the individual worker and the company/organization, and considers the future of the company, work, and new ways of working.
The book is divided into four parts: PART 1 and PART 4 deal mainly with “how individuals work,” while PART 2 and PART 3 deal mainly with “how organizations and companies work.
The book unravels the fundamentals of the paradigm shift in the way we work that is currently underway, rethinks our view of work, and communicates solutions to issues such as how to achieve results through remote work and communication in remote environments, using a wealth of illustrations.
Due in part to the Corona disaster, the conventional wisdom and stereotyped notion that “work = coming to work” has been overturned, and diverse work styles are spreading.
The conventional uniform management and organizational structure of many companies does not fit well with diverse work styles such as remote work, and this will bring about changes in management.
If you have any doubts about the conventional way of working, or if you have any concerns about the current way of working, please read this article.
