Abstract
◆It's good to feel like you're not cut out to be a leader◆
This is a book that leaders who feel that they are not performing as well as they did when they were players, leaders who lack confidence, and introverted leaders should read!
Many leadership books teach:
・How to treat subordinates
・How to handle work as a leader.
However, even after putting many pieces of advice into practice, have you ever felt that you are "just too busy and trying too hard," "you lack confidence as a leader," or "you don't feel like you're making progress"?
What is needed for such people is to "stop being busy and moving your hands and feet while remaining at level 1 as a leader, and raise the "level itself."
What is the difference between leaders who are "glad to have met" and those who are not? What are the principles of leadership that are often overlooked by those who were excellent players?
By leaders asking questions and thinking things through in their own time, the reactions of their subordinates and the results they achieve will change.
