Abstract
A book to develop the ability to solve problems written by an Ig Nobel Prize-winning author.
When you encounter an unknown problem, you think, "This looks interesting," and have curiosity, and you approach the problem with excitement as you try to solve the mystery and overcome it. Even if you don't succeed, rather than getting discouraged, you think, "How should I tackle this next time?" - the spirit of an adventurer. These are the foundations of "frontier thinking," which is also the title of this book.
This book explains the methodology and mindset for acquiring frontier thinking, using easy-to-understand examples for people from 13 years old to adults.
