Abstract
It's as easy as breathing, and before you know it, it's become a habit.
Let's think about "making an effort" scientifically, not as a matter of gut feeling. Have you ever resolved to "try your best this time!", only to realize that you've forgotten about it?
In fact, by looking at effort from the perspective of behavioral economics and psychology, it can be systematized regardless of talent or personality.
- I want to achieve results in studying English, etc.
- I want to obtain a qualification
- I want my children to study
- I want my subordinates to work hard
- I want to work hard on dieting and exercise
- I want to continue eating healthy
- I want to thoroughly implement the 5S (organization, tidying, cleaning, cleanliness, and discipline)
- I want to finish my summer vacation homework in a planned manner...
This book is effective for such worries.
