Graduated from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Engineering, and completed a master’s degree at its Graduate School of Engineering. Joined McKinsey & Company in 2014 as a new graduate. In 2015, founded SAISEED Inc. to focus on business turnaround and became its CEO. Led the acquisition and revitalization of HR and advertising firms. After successful turnarounds, sold the companies and became a board member at the acquiring firm. In 2017, launched an AI business as a new venture, which achieved ¥2 billion in sales and ¥1.1 billion in operating profit before being sold to an investment fund. Listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market as a board member in 2021. Also experienced the public listing of an angel-invested company the same year. Currently, as CEO of Strategy Campus Inc., actively provides advisory services on new business development and investments both in Japan and internationally.
