Author’s Information
Katsuhisa Kinoshita is the CEO of Kita no Tatsujin Corporation (listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market).
Born in Kobe, he launched a student business during university and later worked at Recruit Co., Ltd.
In 2002, he founded the e-commerce company Kita no Tatsujin. Through innovative web marketing and strategic accounting, he led the company to a market value of 100 billion yen and TSE Prime listing.
He has been listed four times in Forbes Asia’s “Best Under a Billion” and ranked No.1 in Toyo Keizai Online’s “Top CEOs in 2019.”
He has received the Medal with Dark Blue Ribbon eight times from the Japanese government.
