Abstract

According to a survey, only 10 to 20 percent of a day is spent on one's own work. The rest is spent on managerial work, such as working with subordinates and teams. Despite this, the work of leaders is only increasing due to changes in the world, such as diversification and globalization. Within a limited time, leaders must maintain their own performance, manage diverse subordinates, and improve the performance of their team. This book introduces how leaders use their time and how to have the mindset they need.
