Author’s Information
Executive Officer of the Coffee Division of Sakanotsuchi Umino Mukou Co., Ltd. In addition to working as a coffee bean trading company, he is active at the forefront of the industry, not only by visiting producing areas and providing technical guidance, but also by launching several sustainable coffee businesses such as fair trade and environmental protection. From 2013, he studied abroad at Benguet State University in the Philippines for two years, researching coffee cultivation at the Agroforestry Institute. He cooperates with the local NGO "Cordillera Green Network (CGN)" to provide cultivation guidance to farmers and conduct reforestation activities. He has been in his current position since 2020.
