Konosuke Matsuda is the CEO and Chief Consulting Officer of the Management Support Division of Primavera Co., Ltd. He was born into a poor family and dropped out of high school because he couldn't afford tuition fees. He then worked his way up from a part-time job to become a top consultant for a company with an annual turnover of 4.9 billion yen. He has provided management guidance to over 10,000 presidents and executives, helping them improve their performance. His advice, which comes from the perspective of a manager or executive, is highly regarded for being easy to understand and put into practice. His clients include top companies that have received the Japan Management Quality Award.

Mitsuhide Yoshikawa is the founder of Primavera Co., Ltd. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Gomihiroi Officer. After graduating from Yokohama National University, he joined a local supermarket. He opened a video store at the age of 24 and became a high-income taxpayer at the age of 26. In 2008, he joined the Practical Management School taught by Noboru Koyama of Musashino Co., Ltd. Even though a senior president told him he was "speeding," he worked at breakneck speed to systematize his management, and was selected as a company to present an improvement case study just one year and two months after joining the association, the fastest in history. Since then, he has served as a business plan check instructor for 10 years, and has instructed a total of 2,000 presidents on their business plans. In 2022, he was selected as one of seven instructors for the Practical Management School, certified by Noboru Koyama, which has a tuition fee of 1.76 million yen. His life's work is picking up trash, and he has appeared in the media and given many lectures as a "trash picking sage."
