Abstract
In today's world, where information is overflowing, the ability to select information well is required and evaluated. However, it is difficult to select the necessary information from the infinite amount of information, and many people do not have criteria for selection. Therefore, this book will teach you how to narrow down the information and reach the best results by organizing what you need to do and what you need to work on. The way of thinking that many people practice, which is to constantly expand ideas and concepts, can easily become ambiguous and differ from what is required or deviate from what was originally aimed for, making it difficult to derive the best results for your purpose. First, clarify the purpose and concept, and then narrow down your ideas based on constraints, and this book will explain how anyone can derive the optimal solution to a problem.
