Insomnia, fatigue, migraines, rough skin... Do you ever feel unwell, but not enough to go to the hospital? In this book, the author, who works as a chef at Hodaka Yojoen, a holistic treatment accommodation facility in Azumino, introduces dishes that make the most of the power of ingredients. The important thing when shaping your body through food is to "continue without straining yourself". Cooking should not be a burden, so this book proposes recipes for easy-to-make vegetable side dishes, focusing on soups.
