Pepe, a penguin who dreams of becoming a captain, sets off on an ocean adventure on a handmade raft! However, one accident after another occurs, and tears begin to flow from Pepe's eyes. But as he wipes his tears away and continues on, he arrives at a fun ocean amusement park where he can ride sea lions, dolphins, and a large whale.
