Abstract

This is a collection of live-action poses with the motif of "Samurai & Swordsman" for those who draw illustrations and manga, and is "tracing OK, commercial use OK, no report of use, no credit required". It features "postures" using swords, "normal movements (standing, sitting, walking, running, jumping)", and "fight scenes" with two models, all on a white background. The "fight scenes" in particular incorporate a wealth of photos captured from low and high angles (diagonal panoramic views) and compositions with a sense of depth, making this a book that can be used not only for sketching purposes, but also as a collection of tips for drawing a single frame of an illustration or manga.
