Abstract

This omnibus story depicts the encounters and partings of people of various generations and relationships, all with their own problems, set in a chalk-white apartment building known as the "chalk-colored building" on a hill overlooking the sea. This is a complete reprint of the masterpiece comic that was serialized in the magazine "Yasei Jidai" in 1986 and later made into an anime. It includes the original 11 stories, one new story, and related visuals such as the cover of the original version, the OVA package and the jacket illustrations for the soundtrack.
