Abstract

Isn't it wrong that we live in a world where you can't get a job unless you overcome this hell?

In the near future of 20XX, college students of the "Ultra Baby Boom Generation" take on the job hunting process that has become incomparably more intense than it is now.

The protagonist, Ryosuke Ota, is a third-year student at Kyoto University who is not enthusiastic about job hunting. He finally gets up the courage to start job hunting in order to join "Company Z," a giant company that dominates Japan... "OB Visits" where you dodge gunfire while searching for alumni from your alma mater, "Internships" where you aim to gain 100,000 followers on SNS, "Group Discussions" where you have heated debates with veteran job hunters, and "Interviews" where many job hunters lose their lives. This "job hunting entertainment" is here, vividly depicting the tragedies of job hunters taking on a life-or-death selection process and throwing a stone at the modern mass hiring system of new graduates!

Graduated from the Faculty of Literature at Kyoto University. Debuted with "Owari Naki Fuzai" in 2012. Won the 2nd Awa Shirasagi Literary Award in 2019 for "Dancing Fool."
