Abstract

This is the first collection of sculptures by Enteiryu, a talented concept artist affiliated with Kojima Productions. Impressive spatial composition and shaping power, and supple curves that linger like an afterimage. A world of mythical beasts and fantasy, with varying textures and visual effects. In addition to original works created for this project, the book also features sculptures of characters from famous works such as "Death Stranding," "Berserk," "Rebuild of Evangelion," "Beastars," and "Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex." It also includes detailed making-of and drawings, from concept to modeling and final finishing.

Author’s Information

Born in 1993, he is a concept artist and digital sculptor. He majored in architecture at the University of Tokyo, and after graduating, he has been active mainly in concept art for games and movies. He is also involved in sculpture, illustration, and fashion design. He has exhibited at Wonder Festival since 2021. He is currently working as a concept artist for Kojima Productions. His books include "Entei Ryu Artworks Chimera" (Pie International) and "Sculpting Works Collection DRAGON" (Born Digital), which he co-authored.
