Abstract
"This issue is a guide book that has continued to look at the history of restaurants in Tokyo, which has been 20 years since its inception.
Professionals select the most notable shops, evaluate them by their real names, and talk about them in a roundtable discussion. We have maintained an original style that cannot be imitated anywhere.
