Abstract
Due to poor lifestyle habits, the aging process of blood vessels is accelerating, and it is said that an increasing number of people have blood vessel ages that are 10 or even 20 years older than their actual age. According to the author, a specialist in robotic surgery for heart disease and selected as one of the world's best doctors, the problem lies not in the aged, deteriorated blood vessels themselves, but in the blood flowing through them. Furthermore, many people are unknowingly accelerating the aging of their blood due to misconceptions about health. In this book, we introduce the risks posed by thick, sticky blood that damages blood vessels, correct common health misconceptions, and explain how to maintain healthy blood to prevent the “triple risk” of hypertension, hyperlipidemia (dyslipidemia), and diabetes, thereby promoting a long and healthy life.
This book is designed to be useful for a wide range of people, including those concerned about their health checkup results and those who wish to remain youthful and healthy for as long as possible. Let us improve our blood and extend our healthy lifespan.
