Abstract
This is the long-awaited sequel to "A Strange Tale in a Sweets Town" In the town of sweets, Japanese sweets and Western sweets have reconciled. Dorayaki Boss and Cake Lady are happily getting married! However, another fight breaks out over how to hold the wedding! They seek advice from their respective elders, but neither side gives in, and the commotion escalates. Tamao, in a difficult position, asks for advice from the other townspeople. Everyone contributes various ideas and cooperates. So what will happen at the wedding...?!
Author’s Information
Born in Nagasaki Prefecture. Graduated from the Graduate School of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts, majoring in oil painting. Winner of the Excellence Award at the 2nd Bilbo Picture Book Awards and the Grand Prize in the Picture Book category at the 36th Nissan Children's Story and Picture Book Grand Prix. Winner of the Grand Prize in the Picture Book category at the 11th Takeo Takeo Memorial Japan Children's Art Awards for "A Strange Tale in a Sweets Town" which was published by Froebel-kan. Other works include "The Shoemaker and the Ghost" and "Cappano" (text by Morikumado) (both published by BL Publishing).
