Abstract
Generative AI has evolved dramatically in recent years. It has reached a level that is dramatically changing the way many work is done. Like Word and Excel, it will likely become a prerequisite business skill for businesspeople. However, many people still struggle to master it, remaining limited to a basic understanding of it, such as "It creates images, right?" or "It writes text, right?" This book is structured as follows: It explains the definition of generative AI, what it can do, and how it can be used in business. Chapter 1: What is AI? → This book provides basic information about generative AI, including its development history, mechanisms, and definition. Chapter 2: What is AI useful for? → This book explains the inner workings of generative AI and technical terms such as "reinforcement learning" and "GAN," and introduces the capabilities and potential of generative AI. Chapter 3: AI and Social Challenges → This book explores the future of AI in society, as well as the challenges and concerns it faces, and their solutions. Chapter 4: Let's try using generative AI at work → We will take a look at real-life business scenarios and provide example prompts to show how generative AI (mainly ChatGPT and Copilot) can be used.
