Author’s Information
Professor at Juntendo University School of Medicine. Japan Sport Association certified sports doctor. Born in Saitama Prefecture in 1960. Graduated from Juntendo University School of Medicine in 1987. Completed the Graduate School of Medicine at the same university in 1992. After working in the Department of Surgery at the Royal Children's Hospital, University of London, Trinity Medical Research Center, and the Department of Surgery at the National Children's Hospital of Ireland, he has served as a lecturer and assistant professor in the Department of Pediatric Surgery at Juntendo University. As a leading researcher in the autonomic nervous system, he has been involved in conditioning and performance improvement guidance for numerous professional athletes, artists, and cultural figures. His major works include "The Habit of Getting Ready," "The Habit of Resetting," and "The Habit of Starting" (all published by Nikkei Business Library), and "Daily Calendar: The Habit of Getting Ready in One Minute Every Morning."
