Abstract
This is the first parenting book from Mai Uchida, a Harvard University pediatric psychiatrist and mother of three! Recommended by essayist Yayako Uchida: "When you look at child-rearing, you can see the diversity of the world. This book is a guidepost for those raising children, and a great encouragement to help you flexibly search for your true self."
Raising children is a series of choices. What are the thoughts and attitudes of parents that will help them develop the "zest for life" in their children in the long term?
“Is it my fault my child can't get good scores?"
"I'm sorry we don't spend enough time together"...
This book offers advice and encouragement based on expertise and real-life parenting experience for parents who face the challenges of raising children while harboring a variety of thoughts.
