Abstract

At this university, there’s a researcher who lives right on the ground—
Uzzū the quail, kept as a pet at the Institute of Ornithology, and Professor Ueda share a laid-back, easygoing research life together!

Joining them are new bird characters: Pō-chan the porter pigeon with an impressively puffed chest, a cuckoo taken into the lab’s care, flocks of starlings on campus, and more!

Manga artist and illustrator.
Her major works include the Dibetagurashi series (Libre), which was adapted into a TV anime, Kyo no Su (Futabasha), and Shisocho-chan (Houbunsha).
She is currently serializing The Dressmaking Shop at the End of the World (Shogakukan).
