After suffering from anorexia at 26 and losing everything, Hitomi began rebuilding her life in the mountains of Gifu, studying Buddhism, Indian philosophy, and psychology to rediscover her true self. Her blog “Hitomi’s Cosmic Laboratory,” themed around “doing everything I want to do in this lifetime,” gained a wide following and led to seminars and counseling from 2017 onward.

Now known as a “consciousness stylist,” she has supported over 3,000 clients with her deep, practical guidance on living true to one’s authentic self. Alongside her work as a coach, she runs the eco-conscious lingerie brand HIKARI underwear and the natural stone shop STARS, building a business with annual sales of around 100 million yen. She is also a mother of one.
