Abstract
Being a company president is a “lonely job.”
Numbers, people, and time—all arrows point toward you. How do you overcome that pressure and carve out the future?
This book is the definitive guide to “management mastery,” condensing the practical knowledge the author has gained over 20 years as a professional CEO—navigating company turnaround, growth, IPOs, and acquisitions—through every possible challenge.
From setting the tone on your first day in office, to designing goals, managing stakeholders, making uncompromising decisions, and strengthening both courage and resilience—this book delivers immediately actionable wisdom with concrete examples from real-life situations.
This is not merely a theoretical work.
“What should a CEO prioritize, and what should they let go?”
“How should they design their exit?”
“What is the single most powerful phrase to convey sincerity to employees, shareholders, and business partners?”
Packed with vivid, practical insights, this book supports decision-making in moments of uncertainty and equips readers with the strength to take their next decisive step.
